Remote control from an issue on a Jira Service Management Cloud

I am looking to do remote control from a ticket on a Jira Service Management Cloud.

During my research I only found plugins that require an installation on the client servers, which does not correspond to my need.

Does anyone have an idea how to do this?

That seems about right. I mean, client does need to know if, when, and why someone will log in to a computer on their premise.

I found only two add-ons but both require an installation on the client server to be operational.

So I'm stuck...

Hmm... difficult stuff you're getting into. I'm not aware of such a functionality in Jira. Perhaps an app from the marketplace could do that for you.
