Does Advanced Bulk Edit for Jira cloud allow me to associate custom fields to a screen in bulk?
After reviewing their documentation, I would say no.
You should be able to get a definite answer by contacting that app's support team, though. They have a link for that in their Marketplace listing.
Short answer is no, bulk edit is only for issues.
