How to show a specific number of options in a field in line with the parent field criteria?

Example,

Suppose i have a field named teams and in teams i have two options, Electronics and Supermarket.

Also i have another field called components which has options Mobile, Laptop, Fruits, Vegetables, TV 

When i create an issue (say EPIC), i select teams field as supermarket, then the component field should only show fruits and vegetables. 

 

Similarly if i select Electronics as teams, then components should only show mobile, laptop, tv

Is it possible?

This is possible on server using the Scriptrunner plugin, but it isn't possible in Jira Cloud.
