How can you integrate services with the customer satisfaction (CSAT) feature

Hi, I would like to retrieve data from Jira Service Management's customer satisfaction surveys to import into an NPS platform. Is it possible to integrate this feature with a service like Zapier, or connect to its API? Thanks.

I hope you are asking this for cloud JSM. You can use JSM Get feedback REST API (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-request/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-request-requestidorkey-feedback-get) to integrate with the NPS platform.
