why can't I assign the Tempo Timesheets team with automation for jira ?

When I create an issue, I would like to automatically assign the team defined with Tempo Timesheets using automation for jira. But when I create the rule I see that the field "Team" in Tempo Timesheets is not among those I can edit with automation for jira. Why not?
