Cannot execute test case created by Xray

Error popup to say "This test is a non-executable status" to be displayed and cannot execute testing.

Users have admin permission so I assume permission is not the cause of this issue.

I have already associated test plan, test set, test execution and test.

We would like to know what can be cause of this issue based on precondition above.

In Xray global configuration -> Miscellaneous there's item called "Disallow executions of Tests with workflow statuses". Please check this item, if there are some statuses. Thank you.

Finally I could have resolved the issue. With JIRA environment we are using, we need approval for test we create before test execution. That was the cause, thanks for your support.
