I had a Film track account however the email associated with it has been de activated and my log in information is no longer working. Is there a way to associated a new email with the account and get new log in info?
You'll need to explain what a "film track account" is.
Assuming it's an account on a JIRA Cloud installation, then you'll need to contact your JIRA Administrators.
