Adding a TOC to manage a length table

How do I add a TOC panel to manage and locate items in a lengthy table? When I open 'Insert > View more' I don't see the 'Add Macro' option.

Welcome to the community!
You should see the Macro right with in the Insert menu ( in Page EDIT mode)
