I have tried to publish the change multiple times, in different browsers Chrome, Firefox, Edge, ... but still cannot publish this change.
Anyone knows any workaround that helps?

Well I have never seen a error message as you have shown. Not sure if its a cache issue , can you check once again by clearing the browser cache?
I guess you have the necessary Space permissions.

Same here, this could be an intermittent issue as Ajay mentioned which should go away by clearing browser cache.
I did clear cached images and files on Chrome but it didn't help. Thanks for your reply anw.
Ah ok, if you are not on free plan, I would recommend raising a support ticket with Atlassian Support.
