JIRA Site Maintenance, Atlassian Cloud site is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.

On 01/10/2021 At 23:11:00 the Jira website was deactivated according Site Maintenance in all Egypt SLP locations and this message appeared on the screen :
"Your Atlassian Cloud site is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.

 

I raised a Request support ticket https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-1529359

and i shared it with all SLP Management, IT management and all Egypt SLP locations 

On 02/10/2021 At 00:10:00 Mr. Mohamed Rabei from IT called me and said that there may be an update happening in the JIRA Atlassian website and it should work later he said he will keep following.

I Appreciate your help. Because Jira stopped in all Egypt SLP locations due to maintenance without any previous alarm.

Welcome to the community. 

I think your support request was the best way to get in touch with Atlassian. As they told you, you have to involve authorised people from your organisation to proceed with your request.
