Is there a way to include editing restrictions to all pages of a space, without having to put these restrictions on each individual page?

If you are familiar with REST API, you can write a script to add restrictions to all your pages at once. Refer this rest api endpoint for details. From the UI, you have to manually add restrictions on each page.
