Create issue automatically in Jira when a PR is created in GitHub

We have some PRs being automatically created in Github by a bot, and I would like the creation of each PR to trigger a rule that creates a new Issue in our Jira project. I think it is possible by the automation rules.

But how to filter only those from a specific user (the bot)? We need the PRs created only by the bot to trigger a new issue creation.

Based upon this suggestion in the backlog, the PR author smart value is not available yet with the PR created trigger: https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-1997

Once the PR is created, is there a REST API function you could call with a web request action from the rule to learn the author?
