How to configure Contact Admin form in jira cloud

How can we configure the Contact Admin form in the Jira cloud?
Please refer to the attached screenshot.
I found only one option from General Configuration "Contact Administrators Form" set value on/off.

The documentation for Data Center will also work for Cloud:

Click on the Admin cog and select the System menu
This should take you to the General Configuration, select Edit Settings in the top right corner
Scroll down until you see The contact Admin radio button and rich text field

It seems that the Admin Contact Form is disabled due to which it is not visible.
Go to JIRA Cloud, click on Settings gears icon --> click on system --> Turn-On Contact Administrator Form (screenshot is below)

Hi @Gajanan Sasane,

I believe the intention is that it wasn't meant to be used on Cloud.

However, you can use that Rich Text Field to build an HTML form that would allow users to send a message to your admins.

Also, if you want to edit the contact form then Click on Settings gear icon --> Click on General Configuration on the left menu --> Click on Edit Setting on right.

You will see the text box to modify the contact form (screenshot attached)

We have just added a message in the contact administrator message but still, it is shown

Your Jira administrator has not yet configured this contact form

I just tested in my test environment, I turn ON and OFF the Administrator contact form and it worked for.

First I turned OFF, I got the same message as yours "Your Jira administrator has not yet configured this contact form"

Later I Turned ON and the form was visible to me and the testing message was visible to me.

Can you please the screenshot if possible?
