Import wiki

Question

I am looking to move a Confluence Atlassian Wiki site on a server to a separate site (cloud server) and I cannot find out how to do this.  In short, we just want to copy what was on the original site and move it to a second wiki site.  Is there any guidance?

Do you have to upgrade the server version to the current version before moving to the cloud version?
