If me or my team members try to create sub tasks then we get a warning saying the internet connection is not available retry.I am able to create tasks using the create button but not as sub-tasks. Seems to be a technical issue please help.

Hope you have a stable internet connection. This functionality is currently working as expected, can you otherwise try to create sub task via "Add a child issue" button and see if that's working -
Yes my internet connection is good i am able to open everything else in JIRA. or any other applicationI have also worked on creating child issue and that is the exact place where i am not able to create sub-tasks.The same issue is being faced by my team members as well.We are able to create tasks but sub tasks i am getting that error. i have also opened the account in a seperate browser or incognitio but the problem persists
Thanks for confirming @Shravan Hegde It could be your site specific issue then, which Atlassian Support team can help to troubleshoot. I would suggest raising a support ticket with them for help.
Is there any way to report issues if we are not paid users?
