What are the steps to customize fields that appear on issue create and edit/modify screens based on Issue Type (Task, Subtask, Epic, or Custom Task Types).

Are you working with a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project?

For a Company Managed project:

1. Create a Screen with the fields that you want to display
2. In a Screen Scheme, associate that screen with an action (Create or Edit)
3. In an Issue Type Screen Scheme, associate the Screen Scheme to an issue type
4. Associate the Issue Type Screen Scheme with your project.
