New Confluence user gets a Space with added Template created automatically

cathy.c

During Onboarding, when I create a New Confluence User, I want their Confluence Space to be created also.   With predefined permissions and Title.

Within their Space I want a Page to be added, from Global Templates.

Context:  the Page will include key information to help them find information they are looking for, (find their way around Confluence) and provide a tick box, they can action, to acknowledge they have read the material and then they can always refer back to it.

Is this or anything similar available? many thanks, Cathy

Hello @cathy.c ,

I don't have idea about this automation.

For every new user a separate space creation can cause storage issues. as you are in STANDARD plan, as of my knowledge the storage is restricted to 250 GB.

If you check with the above YouTube link, they showing some automation in "CLOUD PREMIUM".

Please check with Atlassian support.

Thanks,
