I would like a set bit of text to appear in a Service Request Field but can also be added to.
i.e. Ask questions in the description which can be answers by user raising the ticket
is this possible?

I can't seem to find anything here relating to adding set text to individual fields within the SR project - do you have more info here please? 🙏
It seems this should be available in project settings > request type > request form?
add a screenshot on were exactly you ant the set text to appear I ll help you do it
