Just to throw my hat in the ring, I am having a similar problem on a couple of boards. However I am not an admin and al of my colleagues are having no problems at all.

Using Chrome and Firefox on Mac OS 11.3 and I've tried clearing the cache.

I use Firefox on Ubuntu.

I tried deleting all the site information, restarting the browser, disconnecting and connecting to the Internet.

We are experiencing similar problems: our agile boards are just not loading in Chrome.

Using Chrome Incognito -> Sign in again solved the issue for us.

There is an update about the incident with workaround instructions that helped me:

Incident status: Identified We continue to work on resolving the issue in loading boards and backlog for Jira Software. We have identified the root cause and expect recovery shortly. Meanwhile, the workaround to load the board is as follows:
1. Click on Your Work Tab and navigate to Go to Your Work Page
2. Reload the Web Page
3. Go to the Boards
We will provide more details next hour.

Between 06:05 UTC to 11:20 UTC, some customers experienced intermittent issue with loading of boards and backlog for Jira Software. We have deployed a fix to mitigate the issue and have verified that the services have recovered. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

My System is not usable. Everything I do Close an Issue Launch the project. The system defaults back to the Board view which just hangs with some random workflow not even assosiated with the issues it is trying to load (1000 +)

I have multiple work;lows and the board should not be showing anything at all except a Nothing to See Here message as of the last release. This is bad. I have a lot of time invested in this and its not usable
