Entites.xml file doesn't not existing

Hi Team,

We try to import the jira server backup.zip to cloud at the time showing entites.xml file doesn't exist .

can you have me to resolve the issue

Can you provide context as to how the Server backup was created?

Did you use the Jira Site import utility ? Also specifying your Server versions would be helpful.
