Customize first screen of backlog tickets

Julien Laffont

Hi everybody !

I'm new on Jira and I'm not sure about which words to search to solved my problem.

I would like to customize this part :

to add my "labels / tags" (Etiquettes in french) here.

I don't find where and I don't know if I can do this or not.

Thank you for your help.

Kind regards,

Julien.

Hi @Julien Laffont ,

can you explain exactly where that image is taken from? Also are you saying that you would like to add the labels field in this view?

Julien Laffont

Hi @Jack Brickey ,

Thank you for your answer.

This is in the Backlog view :

For exemple, in one ticket, I've got the New label :

I would like to see it directly in the first screen, without to have to open it, like here :

(this is a modified screenshot with paint)

Is it possible ?

Thank you and have a good day.

Assuming this is a Company Managed Project and you are an admin you can modify the Catd layout to include Labels.

click ellipses in upper left
choose Card layout
add the Labels field to the Backlog cards.

It looks like I don't have Card layout in the Jira cloud version :'(

Must I "unlock an expert mode" ?
