Notification when Incident hits a queue

Hi. I am Jira admin. I wish to assign certain people/groups to get notified when an issue type= Incident hits a queue. What's the quickest/best way to do this? Thanks.

Please use automation rule for example

When: Issue created

If: Condition

Issue type = incident

Action :

Send email to xxxx
