I can't enable the backlog view on company-managed project

Hello! I'm trying to enable the backlog view on a company-managed project but I can't find the way to do it. 

When I go to Features I see a message saying to go to the Board Settings to enable it:

 

On the board settings I can't find the way to enable it. 

 

I have another project where I can see the backlog on the left column. I need this view so I can use the Backlog Prioritization plugin and sort the issues by score. This is a team-managed project:

So the “Features” area is still under construction which I find confusing TBH. 

to enable your backlog, in image 2 above drag the desired status into the left-most column titled Kanban Backlog.
