i have microsoft office 2019 but when i try to install it, i get the following message "Sorry, Jira Cloud for Excel requires a more recent version of Microsoft Office"
Excel 2016 or later on Windows
can you please help me?

This add-in is not supported on Office 2016, Office 2019 Pro Plus, or versions of Office 365 before 1904 on Windows or 16.24 on Mac.

Besides intermittent errors, the Excel add-in Jira Cloud for Excel has limitations on the compatibility side as well.
One way to avoid compatibility issues both on the Cloud and Server/DC platforms is to use a more reliable alternative to this Excel add-in.
If you use a native Jira Cloud (or Server) app that doesn't rely on Microsoft's infrastructure like Better Excel Exporter for Jira, you avoid this problem from the get-go.
