Where do I enter the Personal Access Token in Sourcetree so I can once again access Github?

No it is not. And the answers provided there do not work.SourceTree needs a clean way to get out of this mess.
This is most definitely NOT a similar issue.
The problem isn't that the password that was entered was wrong, which is what you linked to. The problem, which I have as well, is that Github now requires a personal access token as well as the password when interacting with a repository now. Using your password alone now generates an error message from Github.
This is a SourceTree bug. A couple ugly, but functional, workarounds are here.
Let me add something here...SourceTree seems to understand the GitHub token stuff. But it is unknowable when it does and how to tell it to do so.
