i want to restore project on jira deleted permanently

Question

can I restore project on jira which was deleted permanently

Mehmet A _Bloompeak_ · Answer

Hi @thunchanok Suphapha ,

You can only restore it, if you are in Jira Premium plan. In premium, there is the trash feature for deleted projects.

Hi @thunchanok Suphapha

If the Project is permanently deleted from Project, it cannot be restored from Jira Software in any way

Please check with Atlassian support if there is any chance to restore from their backup.

Raise the Support ticket here to know more about the same
