Does anyone know how to configure an issue created report between specific times

We have a shift change to an outsourced team at 18:00 and a change back at 08:00 the following morning.

I want to run an issue created report between those times for each day on a monthly basis. Does anyone know if that is possible? 

I cannot seem to find any JQL time driven report that does not involve specific dates e.g created >= "2021-05-12 18:00" AND created < "2021-05-13 08:00" which does not fit what I need on a monthly basis. 

Any advice much appreciated.

Hi @Nick Baker 

It would be far easier  to ask the out-sourced team to add a label/tag to the issues reported by them to generate your monthly reports.

JQL supports only date ranges filters and hence would not be possible to get the time windows aggregated as described for your particular use-case.
