There is no such email support available for Atlassian. But you can a ticket and mention problem that your are facing through this link https://support.atlassian.com/contact
Just to add a note to this, if you are on a free plan, you won't have access to their support that way.
Then you'll need to rely on the community support (this place). So if you have an issue, feel free to post it with some details and maybe someone here can already help you out.
