I want to remove one of group available in Request Type. How can I do it?
You cannot currently do that. This is part of the ITSM template you used to create the project.
@Hải Trần Thị Thanh these are actually the Ticket Categories that you highlighted

These categories do not get shown to the customers but are used to group items together later in the Ticket Category specific queues.
