[並列スプリント]をオンにしましたが、スプリントは一つしか開始できない。
下記スクリーンショットのとおり、スプリント３は開始できないです。
プロジェクト作成時のタイプが「チーム管理対象ソフトウェア」ではないでしょうか？
チーム管理対象ソフトウェアでは 並列スプリントはできないようです。
要望は上がっています。 https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17195
並列スプリントを実行するには今のところ 「企業管理対象ソフトウェア」でプロジェクトを作る必要があります。

Do you have the manage sprint permission?
Go to Project Settings > Permissions and see if your role/group/user name is under the "manage permission" selection.

@Alex Koxaras -Relational- Thanks for your reply. I confirmed the settings of my project. I was assigned to Administrator role. So I should have all access permissions.
