In a portal project, we have created an organisation and have mapped all current members.
Now the team members gets updated some or the other day, someone leaves, many joins.
How to keep this updated in Organisation ?
Users who are not in this list, are blocked automatically and we do not see their emails or answers if they are in CC in initial email.
So we need to find the way to allow domain for not to add every organisation user in the list. Cause list of employees are also changing all the time
Do we have to manually update specific member every time in respective organisation?
Or is there some other possible solution, please help
