Is there a chance to filter the project to find all tasks with certain criteria and show a chart (weekly, monthly, yearly) with the total time spent/logged for these tasks and time spent?

The add-on provides the time spent in each status for the entire lifecycle of the issue. You can also extract the transitions history of the issue.

Just saw it. Is is actually a bit expensive for us as we use that function rarely and only for the time spent.
Is it possible to limit the possibilities only to the functionalities we would need and adjust the pricing?

You can also check Time in Status for Jira Cloud add-on developed by my team. Here you can filter data by Project, Assignee, Filter, Label, Project, Sprint, JQL, etc. Choose the dates for the period you need. Reports are available in table and chart view.
