How to display Labels in a column field?

Hi, I'm creating a news feed using the Shared Links feature, which populates into a feed within my team's space. I have two questions:

- It appears I can only create one of these such feeds in my space. Is this true?

- Since my space covers four different "topics" of news content, I would like to add a column that shares the labels I've created for each topic, so that readers can quickly navigate to the topic of interest. I see the option to add a new column, but cannot figure out how to display the labels. Would love any advice the community can provide!

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Hope you are having a fantastic day so far!

The Shared Links, as well other templates like Meeting Notes for example, only allows the creation of one indexing page indeed.

For your use case, it is possible to add a new column on the page "Shared Links" where is the table with the titles, dates, and link for the pages by doing the following:

• Click on Edit page
• On the page properties report macro, click on edit (pencil button)
• On the Options, click on Show
  
• On Columns to show  enter the Column name you want, e.g.: Labels
• Save and Publish the page:
  
  

This will allow you to add a new column on the page properties report, but to populate it, it would be needed to edit the existing pages created with the Shared Link, to have a column named Labels in our example, to make it work.

Once you go to the existing page and add column Labels on the page properties, you would need to populate the label link, so it would show up on the report macro:

Another way would be just adding a Content by label macro instead, on the Shared Links page.
You can insert more than one Content by label if you want, adding the labels you want.

It should look like the list below the columns:
