As you are in the FREE version, its storage limit is 2GB, as the image shows. If you check the other plans, the storage limit increases - https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/pricing

I think you will no longer be able to store more information at some point; let me know which limit the product allows you to keep going. I'm curious now.
