Hi, I have a Jira project which was created as old type before recent updates. (It was created 1~2 years ago and I'm using it to share and check the reported bugs and issues)
Today I tried to add some comment on those issues but cannot find any related fields or menus. (Even I didn't update the issue layout...)
So I tried to update the 'issue layout' and check the 'Issues > Configure Screen' but there are no options for comment. I also checked old type view by the context menu of the issue dialog but same result.
How can I add the comment field again?
Are there any related update about this? I searched once on this community and update notes but couldn't find... Please share the link if you know...
