how to migrate JiraServer plugins to JiraCloud ?

In our company, we have developed many JiraServer add-ons and we want to migrate them to JiraCloud.

Is it possible  ? or do we have to redevelop them ?

if you have any useful information about the cloud plugin's migration, could you give me links or documentation that can help me.

You will have to redevelop them, you can't upload Server apps to Cloud, and the framework for loading Cloud apps is completely different to Server.

I would take a step back and look at each app you've got, analysing what it does and how people are using it.  You probably then want to look at whether Cloud can already do whatever the app is providing, then alternatives in the Atlassian marketplace, but if you can't find anything and do decide to redevelop them, start at https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/

It's possible. You have the jar files so try them out in cloud to determine whether changes are required.
