I cant log in. It says Failure in the Atlassian Cloud authentication system. Can anyone help?

I have the correct username password but it wont let me log in. Just comes up with Failure in the Atlassian Cloud authentication system.

i HAVE TRIED THIS BUT IT COMES UP WITH ANOTHER ERROR MESSAGE.

Make sure that you are in the right JIRA url.
If still not working i suggest that you raise a ticket at Atlassian Support.
