「課題をサブタスクに変換」で「その他」や「サブタスクに変換」ボタンが見つからない

こちらの記事の「課題をサブタスクに変換」を参考に変換作業を試みているのですが、「その他」、「サブタスクに変換」のボタンが見当たりません。

 

どちらにあるのでしょうか？

Welcome to the Atlassian community!!

As you are on the Free subscription, the steps to convert an issue to Sub-Task type are as below:

• Click on the 3 dots on the issue which needs to be converted
• Select Move
• Select Sub-Task from the drop-down and add the parent to proceed
• Proceed with the confirmation
