Kanban is not shoing any issue

Hi,

I am using a company-managed Kanban project.

I used to see issues on my kanban board, however, I can not see them any more.

I can see ticket counts in my board setting Screen Shot 2021-08-17 at 10.15.30 PM.png

however, I can't see any issue on backlog board

Does any one have similar issue?

Another thing to check is the "Kanban board sub-filter" to see if it is excluding anything. You may find this at the bottom of the general settings page for the board settings.

Interesting finding is that for company-managed project. The sub-filter is default to "fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY" when I create project

Yup, that sounds correct.

Apparently the assumption is people using CMP with Kanban are using pull-based, release-driven processing...and so that sub-filter makes sense to keep the board clean. Some of our Kanban teams want released versions to display longer (e.g. until the next Queue Replenishment/Refinement) and they use a sub-filter with:

resolutiondate IS EMPTY OR resolutiondate > -7d
