Global automation, transition issue based on status - status not found

I tried to use global automation with Issue Transitioned. When i look for the Start or To Status, it does show the status I am looking for. Actually it doesn't show all Statuses created in the Jira cloud instance i am using. Why is that and how can this be resolved?
