I need to bring the total hours of some kinds of tasks from a specific period. How can I do that?

Hi everyone! Trust all is fine!

I would apreciate a help if possible.

I need to bring the total amount of hours of some kinds of tasks from a specific period, but not the accumulated amount hours of that tasks out of this specific period.

The JQL I am using is bringing the accumulated hours of the tasks since the tasks were created, before the period that is in the query.

I just need the work logged of those tasks, during the period asked in the query.

Is there a way to do that?

I am using the JQL below:

(project = "Proj_One" AND Sprint in openSprints() AND issueFunction in workLogged("after 2021/08/02 before '2021/08/22 23:59'") AND issuetype in (Sub-Dev, Sub-Test, sub-bug, Sub-Build) AND issueFunction in aggregateExpression("total hours Burn", "timespent.sum()") AND updated is not EMPTY)

Unfortunately the hours brought back are going to be cumulative for the issues filtered on using JQL. You can use an app like tempo timesheet to have more robust reporting on time.

I see.
If I'm not mistaken, I think the Burn Down Chart has this information (only the workday recorded in a given period). Is there no way to get the same chart information using JQL?

No, the burndown chart is a report on a specific sprint while JQL is pulling specific fields that are available to it and the worklog field and cumalitive.

Could be the total logged hours from a specif sprint. This information will serve for me too.
