I am assuming that you are hoping to copy a component from one issue to another using automation. This can be accomplished. Is that what you are trying to do?
yes more of like duplicating the same component within an Automation rule and making slight changes within those thread of components.

For example duplicating that maybe four times as well as the rules the rules set in that automation rule then tweak and some small changes to each of the
