Error During Import

Question

this is probably a really basic question, but then I'm a basic user so here goes. I'm getting

{"errorType":"EmailNotInDrsList","message":"Email domain is not in the DRS list","data": is our domain names}

when I try to import an XML file into our confluence. now I think I might know the reason but need it to be confirmed by someone with a bigger brain than me.

I'm importing the file that has been extracted from a different confluence, actually an entirely different companies confluence. and that's why I believe that I'm getting this error. something in the import doesn't match our Confluence config. is there any way around this? has anyone been faced with this error before? I've searched for the error message and it's turned up nothing.

sorry, no need to whitelist domains. having site-admin permission level is enough to do the trick

yes, you can whitelist domains in scope via site settings => Site Access => Approve the following domains

I get the same error, it was resolved by given me the site-admin permission level.
