We would like to link our JSM cloud project to our on-site Jira Project Management software so that we can link a ticket to a story. It would be great if the story would receive updates when the ticket is updated or when it's closed. If we cannot do that at least have the ability to link the 2 items together.
You might consider an addon like exalate-jira-issue-sync-more or check out other similar marketplace app.
