In next gen (team managed) project, backlog does not show correct total of done points

In next gen (team managed) project, backlog does not show correct total of done points.

The number 0 should be 1 as story with 1 point is marked as "done".

Is that story that is marked "done"

At the issue/story level (it's not a sub-task of any type)
In the very last column on the board

It needs to match those two rules for it to burn down. If it does match those two, then we need to see more detail about where it is in the workflow and board etc.
