I want to add the a condition, on transition screen, if the linked issue status are duplicated/confirmed duplicate, it will not work. But when I add the following expression, it prompts error. So I can still add the duplicated issue.

From the error screenshot, it seems that the add-on (JMWE) license is not active due to which it is unable to execute.
I would suggest you to check and update the license, and then try again.
Thanks Gaurav, I have resolved it since we have two lable "duplicates". I need to choose another one, and it works now.
