When 3 custom field values are populated automatically 4th custom field value should be populated

Can you share the rule that you have so far and what is not working?
As of now we didn't have any rule for this
I will explain you clearly
Actually we have total 4 custom fields
The 3 custom fileds have same value
When the values populate in this 3 custom fileds for example
A in 1st custom filed
B in 2nd custom field
A in 3rd custom field
Automatically the priority value i.e, A should be populated in the 4th custom field
How we do this?
