You can also export and import spaces via XML

Hi @naci

If the new instance is empty then you can use a site import to restore Confluence.

If however it contains Jira then

* Take a backup for confluence server
* Restore the backup on a server instance
* Install Confluence cloud migration assistant add on
* Use this add on to restore the confluence content to Your new Cloud server.
