Ok, so remote desktop and terminal type things. Could you explain what you would like from an "integration" with Jira for one of these?
I would Imagine the ability to have a link on your Issue to call an executable and pass the value from one of the fields to it.eg a link to SCCM Remote Control executable and pass the related affected device name to that exe.I do something similar in one of my Powershell scripts for our service desk
Start-Process <$variable that points to CmRcViewer.exe path> -ArgumentList $ComputernameThat then triggers the SCCM Remote control viewer to launch and connect to the computer as specified earlier in the script.
