I am trying to find out who resolved the tickets on one of my queue and will need some help on this

When you are viewing the ticket you want to see the history on, select the history tab where the comment section is at the bottom of the ticket and it will show you things like who edited fields, who transitioned the issue and more. This will show you exactly what you are looking for.
